Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry level Maintenance Technician to join a great team servicing vehicles. The role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, a tool program, and a pay range of $18.15 - $28.36 per hour.

Bridgestone emphasizes fair compensation and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing routine maintenance, tire care, and road testing vehicles.

Formación

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
