Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a collaborative team servicing vehicles. This entry-level role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, with a pay range of $15.12 to $23.63 per hour.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including brakes, tires, batteries, and electrical systems, while learning through on-the-job training and ASE certifications. Bridgestone emphasizes development, community involvement, and integrity.

Formación

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
