Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team servicing vehicles. This role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program discount.

Pay range is $14.37–$22.45 per hour, with a commitment to fair compensation practices. The position involves diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes and scheduled maintenance, tire maintenance, battery and suspension work, and road testing

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
