Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Lakeland, FL, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role trains you to diagnose and repair brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems while you learn tire maintenance and routine service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
