Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Firestone Complete Auto Care location in Wesley Chapel, FL. This entry-level role supports a dynamic team, learning diagnostic and repair tasks on brakes, suspensions, electricals, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required.
• Experience in automotive service industry is preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers; check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
