Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Maintenance Technician in Florida. This entry-level role is part of a team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. Full and Part-time benefits start from day one, including a tool program discount.

Pay range is $12.54–$18.81 per hour, with opportunities for ASE certifications. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, alignments, suspensions, and other systems, performing oil changes and tire maintenance,

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
