Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Florida. This entry-level role offers full- and part-time options with benefits from day one, including a tool program discount and paid time off.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles to ensure high quality service. ASE certifications may be pursued through company-funded training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries, shock absorbers; inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and service quality.
