Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will perform diagnostic and repair work, routine maintenance, tire service, and electrical checks as part of a collaborative shop environment.

The role offers full-time hours, paid training, ASE certification support, and a path to professional growth within a national brand that values safety, teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
