Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team in a Firestone Complete Auto Care location. Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform tire maintenance and scheduled services, and road-test vehicles with on-the-job training and support.

Full- and part-time roles are available with benefits starting day one, including tool program discounts.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
