Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and battery/service checks on customer vehicles in a fast-paced shop.

Full- and part-time roles are available with benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) plan and access to ASE certifications through company-funded training.

Qualifications

• Entry-level maintenance technician position servicing vehicles.
• Willingness to learn basic mechanical tasks and automotive systems.
• Reading, writing and math Skills required for daily work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance and battery checks.
• Install shock absorbers and inspect electrical systems; road test vehicles.
