Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a team that services vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role offers full- and part-time options with benefits starting on day one, including a tool program discount and ASE certification support.

Role includes diagnosing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and vehicle road tests.

Qualifications

  • Learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basics: brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical.
  • Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and maintain tires; install batteries and shock absorbers.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
