Team Car Care in Kirkland, WA is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be trained and certified through our program to deliver a range of services with attention to safety and quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to safety policies while offering benefits and growth opportunities in a hands-on shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds, etc.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and guest-centric service.
• Participate in the training program to gain certifications for offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles to teammates.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Assist junior/mid-level technicians as needed and follow procedures.
