Team Car Care in Snohomish, WA is hiring a General Service Technician part-time. Begin in an entry-level role servicing guest vehicles and gaining hands-on training through our certification program.

You’ll work with a supportive team on-site, promote guest care, keep the shop clean, and contribute to successful service experiences. Tools are provided, uniforms are paid for and laundered, and a robust rewards program offers 401K, bonuses, insurance, and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Guide and mentor junior/mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; perform vehicle inspections.
