Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, service, etc).
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest service and vehicle servicing to high quality standards.
• Mentor junior technicians and support team during shifts.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; verify fluid levels as needed.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition; perform oil drain plug/oil filter changes.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report safety issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and communicate clearly with guests.
