Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician in Mill Creek, WA. This entry-level role offers hands-on vehicle servicing, a structured training program, and pathways to certification, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will start in an entry-level position, learn through our training program, and gain skills across the services we offer to build a solid foundation for career growth in automotive service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles in a professional manner to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Maintain clean, presentable service center and report safety issues.
