Qualifications

• 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates is essential.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player.
• Physically able to stand long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high-quality standards.
• Assist in oil changes and engine service procedures.
• Check and report safety issues and vehicle concerns to management.
• Document work performed on service orders.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center and tools.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
