Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team learning
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflate as needed
• Inspect and refill vehicle fluids as necessary
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform required manual tasks including lifting and bending
