Job summary

Team Car Care is hiring a General Service Technician for our Bellevue location. You will service guests' vehicles, ensure quality results, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Training leads to certification across offered services, setting you up for a rewarding automotive service career.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to follow procedures.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and mentor peers.
• Check oil levels, tire pressures and fluid levels; document work performed.
• Follow safety protocols and report safety issues immediately.
