Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician at our Brooklyn Center/Minneapolis area location to service guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in training to become certified in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Inspect and refill fluids; check oil and tire pressure.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues.
