Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals
• Effective communication with guests and teammates
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting

Responsibilities

• Provide service to guests and ensure a clean, presentable service center
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles
• Inspect and document work performed on repair orders
• Check oil levels and tire pressures with teammates
• Install and replace oil drain plugs and oil filters
• Follow safety procedures and company policies during all tasks
