Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician in Rochester, MN. This entry-level role trains you to service guest vehicles and earns certification through our program, with real growth potential.

As part-time GST, you’ll work with a supportive team, handle tasks like oil checks, tire pressures, and fluid levels, and gain hands-on shop experience. Benefits include 401K, insurance, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, dependable and a team player.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guest vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Follow training to gain certification in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; inspect and document work.
• Mentor junior technicians and follow safety procedures.
