Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to guests' vehicles and ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Keep service center clean and presentable; mentor junior technicians where needed.
• Check oil levels with teammates and ensure proper tire pressure.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
