Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician in West St Paul, MN for a part-time role. You will service guests' vehicles, support a structured training program, and work with a team to deliver quality guest experiences. Starting wage is $15.00–$15.24 per hour, with within-store growth opportunities.

This entry-level position emphasizes safety, accurate communication, and adherence to procedures while supporting a busy service center environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Perform oil change tasks: install oil drain plug and oil filter, check fluids, tire pressure; inspect and refill as needed.
• Document all work on repair orders and report any safety issues to management.
