106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician to start in an entry-level role, gaining certification through our training program. You will service guests' vehicles, communicate clearly, and maintain a clean, efficient service center while developing in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and communicate safety issues.
• Perform routine vehicle checks: oil level, tire pressure, fluids, and inspections.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed.
