Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience in any industry.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure high quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training program to gain service certifications.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicle needs.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and follow safety procedures.
