Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician in Puyallup, WA to service guests' vehicles and deliver an excellent experience. You will train and certify in our program, supporting team goals and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced shop.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing training; the position offers a part-time schedule with paid uniforms, health benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure top-notch quality work and guest experience.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels for proper operation.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary; install oil drain plug and filter.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and adhere to safety protocols.
