Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Strong work ethic, dependable and a team player

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards
• Participate in training to obtain relevant certifications
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior/mid-level technicians as needed
• Check oil levels and communicate with teammates
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues to management promptly
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform routine manual tasks including lifting and bending
