Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician at our Everett, WA location. You will start in an entry-level role, servicing guest vehicles and gaining certification through our training program, laying a foundation for future growth in automotive service.

This position emphasizes teamwork, clear guest communication, and maintaining a clean, safe shop environment while you develop hands-on skills and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspections.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues immediately.
