Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.

• Ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred, but not required.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with the vehicle check-in and write-up process.
• Help complete the initial inspection of customer vehicles.
• Perform basic visual inspections of vehicles for existing damage, tire condition, lights, warning indicators, and other visible concerns.
• Safely park and move customer vehicles throughout the dealership and service lot.
• Help manage the flow of vehicles coming into and leaving the Service Department.
• Retrieve customer vehicles and bring them to the Service Drive for pickup.
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries when needed.
• Maintain an organized Service Drive and surrounding areas.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience for every customer.
• Assist Service Advisors and Management with daily Service Department needs.
• Perform other Service Department duties as needed.
