Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with vehicle check-in and write-up.
• Help complete initial vehicle inspections.
• Perform basic visual inspections for damage, tires, lights, and indicators.
• Safely park and move customer vehicles around the lot.
• Help manage flow of vehicles entering and leaving the Service Department.
• Retrieve customer vehicles and bring them to the Service Drive for pickup.
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries when needed.
• Maintain an organized Service Drive and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience for every customer.

Service Lane Porter / Inspector

Full-Time | Automotive Service Department

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Lane Porter / Inspector to join our Service Department.

This position plays an important role in the customer experience by helping the Service Advisors during the vehicle check-in process, completing basic vehicle inspections, and keeping the service drive and parking areas organized and moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with the vehicle check-in and write-up process
• Help complete the initial inspection of customer vehicles
• Perform basic visual inspections of vehicles for existing damage, tire condition, lights, warning indicators, and other visible concerns
• Safely park and move customer vehicles throughout the dealership and service lot
• Help manage the flow of vehicles coming into and leaving the Service Department

• Maintain an organized Service Drive and surrounding areas
