Job summary

Tom Gill Buick GMC in Hamilton, OH is seeking a dependable Service Porter / Lane Controller to join the team. The role involves assisting with vehicle check-in, lane flow, and keeping the service drive organized and efficient.

You will move and position customer vehicles, support service advisors and technicians, and ensure accessibility and safety on the drive. A steady attitude and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle check-in and customer vehicle flow.
• Perform initial lane inspections.
• Help keep the service drive organized and moving efficiently.
• Manage and organize the service department parking lot.
• Move and position customer vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct locations and are easily accessible.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle movement and workflow.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive.
• Communicate vehicle locations and status with the service team.
• Provide excellent customer service and a professional first impression.
