Qualifications

• Entry-level role in automotive service.
• Willing to learn inspection and check-in procedures.
• Training provided for dealership processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with vehicle check-in and write-up.
• Help complete initial inspection of customer vehicles.
• Perform basic visual inspections for damage, tires, lights, and indicators.
• Safely park and move customer vehicles around the dealership and service lot.
• Help manage flow of vehicles entering and leaving the Service Department.
• Retrieve customer vehicles for service drive pickup.
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries when needed.
• Maintain an organized Service Drive and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience for customers.
• Assist Service Advisors and Management with daily needs.
• Perform other Service Department duties as needed.
