Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with the vehicle check-in and write-up process.
• Help complete the initial inspection of customer vehicles.
• Perform basic visual inspections of vehicles for existing damage, tire condition, lights, warning indicators, and other visible concerns.
• Safely park and move customer vehicles throughout the dealership and service lot.
• Help manage the flow of vehicles coming into and leaving the Service Department.
• Retrieve customer vehicles and bring them to the Service Drive for pickup.
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries when needed.
• Maintain an organized Service Drive and surrounding areas.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience for every customer.
• Assist Service Advisors and Management with daily Service Department needs.
• Perform other Service Department duties as needed.

This position plays an important role in the customer experience by helping the Service Advisors during the vehicle check‑in process, completing basic vehicle inspections, and keeping the service drive and parking areas organized and moving efficiently.
