Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a team servicing vehicles and offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program, and a pay range of $13.86–$20.79 per hour.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform maintenance, install tires, batteries, and more, with on-the-job training and opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance; install batteries and shock absorbers; road test vehicles.
