Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care, servicing vehicles in our store network. Full and part-time benefits are available from day one, including tool program discounts and competitive pay.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, install batteries and inspect electrical systems, and road test vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
