Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance, and support tire services as part of a collaborative team.

Starting day one, full- and part-time teammates receive benefits and on-the-job training; ASE certifications may be pursued.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience in automotive service preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
