Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team servicing vehicles at our Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and more, while benefiting from day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
