Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will join a team servicing vehicles, with both full- and part-time roles and benefits starting on day one.

The position emphasizes hands-on training, diagnostic work, and tire maintenance as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing routine services, and road-testing vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile drivers license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries, and shocks; check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operations.
