Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Experience isn't required, as you will be trained in any skills required. The role offers training for tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, and other preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment with room for career progression.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles to deliver excellent service.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and goals.
• Maintain adherence to company vehicle care policies and safety standards.
