Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services, mount and balance tires, and conduct oil changes while delivering outstanding guest service.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment with competitive base pay and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No prior automotive experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work retail hours including some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Assist technicians and deliver outstanding guest service.
• Perform tire-related tasks and basic preventative maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and participate in training for advancement.
