Job summary

Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Training is provided, and prior experience is not required.

The role offers a growth path within Goodyear’s service network, with potential for advancement as you gain skills in tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance and preventative services.
• Work with technicians to gain hands-on experience in a Goodyear Auto Service center.
• Demonstrate strong guest service and clear communication with customers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean work area.
