Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of its Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic services, including tire mounting and balancing and oil changes, while delivering outstanding guest service.

Training is provided; experience is not required and advancement opportunities are available. We offer a fast-paced environment with competitive base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to perform basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, filters replacements, and more.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication with guests and vehicle care feedback.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain safe operations and compliance with company policies during vehicle care.
