Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. Training is provided to learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will learn tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance as part of a fast-paced team focused on safety and customer care. No prior experience required; growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.
• Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Work with senior technicians to learn additional services and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and quality standards.
