Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking an entry-level Automotive Maintenance Technician to join a strong service team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles.

Full- and part-time roles include day-one benefits, paid time off, ASE certifications support, 401(k) match, and on-demand pay options.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance; install batteries and shock absorbers; road test vehicles.
