Sullivan Tire And Auto Service is seeking an entry-level technician in Boston, MA. The role involves performing basic tire services and light vehicle maintenance, while delivering customer satisfaction and working under store management guidance.

The position requires basic automotive knowledge and a willingness to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Health, life, and retirement benefits are available to eligible employees, with ESOP ownership and standard company policies in place.

Formación

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area; dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
