Sullivan Tire Co. is hiring an Entry Level Technician in our store in Sudbury, MA. The role involves performing entry-level maintenance and tire service, helping customers, and supporting store management to ensure productivity and satisfaction.

The position requires physical capability to lift 40–50 lbs, strong customer service, and basic automotive knowledge. You will join a team focused on quality service and safety standards, with opportunities to grow within an employee-owned company.

Responsabilités

• Mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs tires for passenger and light trucks.
• Performs lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Conducts vehicle safety inspections and documents results.
• Performs unsupervised basic vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborates with store management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
• Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains a clean work area and handles waste disposal.
• Performs other responsibilities as needed.
