Sullivan Tire Co. in Brookline, MA, is hiring an Entry Level Technician to perform entry-level vehicle maintenance and tire services, delivering high quality work and customer satisfaction. You will work with store management to meet productivity and profitability goals while following internal controls and procedures.

The role emphasizes hands-on tire mounting/balancing, basic maintenance tasks, and documenting inspections, with an emphasis on teamwork and customer service in a retail setting.

Competenze

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Basic conflict resolution skills.
• Basic understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.

Mansioni

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised vehicle maintenance (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area with proper waste disposal.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
