Sullivan Tire Co. is seeking an Entry Level Technician in Wareham, MA. The role involves basic vehicle maintenance and tire service aimed at delivering high customer satisfaction.

You will work with store management to uphold productivity and profitability while following company policies and safety guidelines. The position focuses on tires, oil/filter changes, inspections, and general maintenance tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Basic conflict resolution skills.
• Basic understanding of automotive tire and auto service industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (e.g., headlights, fan belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
