Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in East Bridgewater, MA is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform basic vehicle maintenance and tire-related services while delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will work with store management to support productivity and profitability, adhere to policies, and maintain a clean workspace. Training and growth opportunities are available in a cooperative, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Basic understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Support productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards with store management.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
