Job summary

Michaels Toyota of Bellevue is seeking an entry level automotive technician to join our busy service team in Bellevue, WA. The role offers on-site work, a flat rate pay structure, and opportunities to learn and grow within the Lithia & Driveway family.

You will perform routine repair tasks, diagnose issues, and maintain records while adhering to safety standards and dealership guidelines. Some Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Prior express/quick lube experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Record time spent repairs using company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace and equipment.
